His professional journey includes roles and consulting engagements with prestigious organizations such as Accenture, Zenith Bank, Keystone Bank (formerly Bank PHB), Phillips Consulting, Mastercard, Insight Publicis, Heirs Holdings, and Afriland Properties Plc. Obinna has also lent his expertise to Federal and State Governments, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and numerous government-owned establishments, agencies, and parastatals. His strategic insights and leadership have been instrumental in driving several notable and impactful transformational projects across these sectors.
Head, Concepts & Hospitality
Kelechi Onyebuchi is the Head of the Concept Design department at ONL. In this role, he oversees the design strategy and direction for high-profile projects. He identifies design requirements to meet project needs by fostering creativity.
With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and design industry, Kelechi's keen eye for detail and imaginative approach enhance the appeal and value of projects. He also represents the company at industry forums and events, ensuring that he stays updated on current trends and developments.
Kelechi holds a degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of the West of England, Bristol, along with certificates in Business and Hospitality Management, Design Thinking, Space Management, and Furniture Science.
Legal Officer
Oladele Falodun is the Legal Officer at ONL, where he oversees the company’s Due diligence and Regulatory compliance drive, he is responsible for handling all Legal matters of the Company including, but not limited to Drafting and Reviewing of all Contracts, Legal Compliance and Risk management, Title Ownership verification, Contract Management, Dispute resolution and so on.
With over 16 years of experience in Legal Practice with core strengths in the areas of Corporate Law and Legal Drafting prior to working at ONL, Oladele had been of Head of Corporate Law at the private Law firm of Bola Olowolabi and Co where he gained valuable experience in corporate law and Real estate practice before delving into private practice.
Oladele holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from the University of Ado-Ekiti after which he was called to the Nigerian bar in 2007.
In his spare time, Oladele enjoys reading novels, watching movies and he also loves being out in nature.
Head, Facilities Management
Remigius Mmegha is the Head of Facilities Management at ONL, where he leads strategic initiatives to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability across all facilities. His role involves managing critical infrastructure, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Remigius brings over 14 years of experience in property management, project delivery, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) oversight. He has held significant positions at organizations such as Custodian PLC, Afriland Properties, and May & Baker Nigeria. In these roles, he successfully implemented cost-saving measures, enhanced asset value, and upgraded facilities to meet global standards.
He holds an MSc in Project Management Technology and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. A COREN-certified engineer, he also holds certifications in ISO auditing, NEBOSH, HSE, and facilities management.
Head, Project (North & East)
Chimele is the Head of Project Management at ONL, where he leads a team of project managers in delivering strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence. He oversees the development and implementation of project management frameworks, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals.
With over a decade of project management experience, Chimele has successfully managed projects across various industries. With a proven track record of preparing detailed budgets, developing comprehensive schedules, ensuring cost-effective and resource utilization. His expertise includes agile methodologies, risk management, and process improvement. Prior to joining ONL, he worked with Alstom Transport and Dobi Agrico., where he spearheaded several high-impact initiatives.
He holds a master’s degree in strategic project management from the University of Heriot-Watt and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Nottingham Trent University. His leadership and strategic vision have earned him recognition for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Head, Project (West & South)
Danjuma Umar is the Head of Construction and Project Management at ONL, where he oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. In his role, Danjuma ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while aligning with the firm’s strategic objectives and fostering innovation in construction processes.
Danjuma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has further enhanced his expertise with a certificate in Construction Project Management from the Chartered Institute of Building, a PRINCE2 certification in project management, and a course on Project Control from the University of Aberdeen.
A committed professional, Danjuma is a member of several esteemed organizations, including the Scientific and Technical Research Association, BIM Africa, and the American Concrete Institute. These affiliations reflect his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry advancements and promoting best practices.
Designs
Tamunobelema is an architect and design specialist with over seven years of experience in architecture, interior architecture, and construction management. He provides design leadership on projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and recreational developments, delivering functional and culturally grounded spaces.
He previously served as Lead Interior Architect at Teal Harmony Limited, where he headed the design team and directed residential, retail, workplace, and hospitality projects. In this role, he managed design strategy, creative development, quality assurance, and multidisciplinary coordination, strengthening the studio’s overall project delivery standards.
His expertise includes architectural design, sustainable development, project coordination, construction oversight, and graphic design. This combination enables him to communicate ideas clearly and guide cohesive design solutions that balance performance, user experience, and aesthetic clarity.
Finance Coordinator
Tobiloba Ogunnubi is the Finance Coordinator at ONL, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and compliance. He plays a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives.
With over 5 years of experience in financial leadership, Tobiloba previously held senior roles at Poters World Consult and Philip Akindele & Co. His expertise spans corporate finance, audit assurance, and financial reporting.
Tobiloba holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern University of Nigeria. He is also an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
