This project transforms a former dump site in Yaba, Lagos into a modern 1,236 sqm logistics hub designed for storage, e-commerce operations, staff amenities, and long-term sustainability. The development delivers a high-impact industrial asset featuring a robust steel-frame warehouse, mezzanine offices, modular container workspaces, a staff lounge, and extensive parking—all supported by sustainable systems including solar inverters, efficient HVAC, and fire protection infrastructure.

Despite extreme site challenges such as buried waste up to 9 meters deep, unstable soil, and steep terrain, the team engineered solutions through soil stabilization, advanced foundations, and smart drainage networks. The result is a state-of-the-art logistics facility that transforms previously unusable land into a benchmark for urban regeneration and industrial innovation.
