Adidas Home of sports Lekki is Africa’s first Adidas HALO store—an ambitious flagship that redefines retail innovation on the continent. The project brought together global and local expertise to develop a world-class store concept, engineer custom materials and fixtures, and integrate advanced retail technologies.

As a first-of-its-kind initiative, it required bespoke systems and specialized components, many of which were custom-built or adapted through close collaboration with skilled craftsmen. The result is the largest Adidas store in Africa, an iconic destination that embodies the brand’s vision, showcases technical excellence, and sets a new benchmark for immersive retail experiences across the region.
